Pricing in Different Currencies

Packing & Shipping
For the selected shipping method, we will only adhere to basic packaging standards. All special packaging, loading, or bracing required by you will be paid for by you.
Our company ships from different warehouses in different countries, we will entrust other logistics to transport the goods. For orders of more than one item, we may, at our sole discretion, split your order into multiple packages based on stock availability. Our goal is to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, sometimes during busy sales periods, delivery times can be longer. If you have any questions about shipping and delivery, please contact us.

Product Returns

Shipping  Policy 

How long of received the order? 
Processing time is separate from shipping time. We need about 3-6 business days to handcraft. Please allow me to explain our processing time further. Customized orders will take about some days to process due to the handmade customization work involved. Processing time includes processing and preparing, quality checking, and packaging your order for shipping. All of our orders are filled at our production facility. Once they have been completed, the orders shipping the same day are bulk packaged and shipped together. You will also receive the shipping information by email after shipping it out. Your patience in waiting for the product is highly appreciated. We suggest placing your order far in advance to the day you’d like it delivered.

Do you ship internationally? 
Shipping is currently available only to the US, CA, and other 35+ countries addressed as of the moment. All destinations can be found upon checkout. If you are not sure whether we could ship to your country, please send an inquiry to our customer service team

What's Coronavirus?
Coronavirus is a large family of viruses that cause illnesses ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases. A novel coronavirus is a new strain that has not been previously identified in humans. Tips2：What can I do to avoid becoming ill?
 There are many steps you can take to reduce your risk of infection from the COVID-19 virus and reduce the risk of spreading it to others. WHO and CDC recommend following these precautions:

Clean and disinfect often-touched surfaces regularly.
